Butterscotch Brownies with a dead bunny.

I found these brownies on a recipe blog. We didn't have any chocolate chips so I sacrifice my chocolate Easter bunny and threw him in.

Butterscotch Brownies

1/4 C butter
1 C packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T milk*
1 egg
1 C white wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Lightly grease a 8x8 inch glass baking dish.

In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat.
Then, remove from the burner and add in the brown sugar, vanilla, milk and egg.
Then, mix in the flour, baking powder and salt.
Spread into the baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Cool for 5 minutes in the pan on a wire rack.

Then cut and serve warm.
