Olive Garden Salad Dressing

I love Olive Garden salads especially the dressing, the more the better. This dressing I would say is very very close to Olive Garden's dressing, but Kalvin says it is better, which says a lot because he is not too fond of Olive Garden's dressing. No matter how close or not this dressing is to Olive Garden, it is delicious and I received many compliments on it when I took it to a potluck.

The Country Cook

Ingredients:
1 packet Good Seasonings Italian Dressing
(Ingredients needed to make dressing; oil, water, vinegar)
½ tsp. dried Italian Seasoning
½ tsp. table salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tbsp. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbs. white vinegar
1 ½ tbsp. water
Directions:
Prepare Good Seasonings Italian Seasonings Dressing as it states on back of packet.
Once prepared, pour dressing in a medium bowl, then add additional ingredients
listed above (starting with the dried Italian Seasoning).
Using a whisk, I used my immersion blender, mix all ingredients until mixed thoroughly combined and pour it into a container with a lid.
From the country cook. The back of the good seasonings Italian dressing mix. Don't pay attention to the V line and all that, just use the measurements.
